I learned how to do makeup from drawing. I can also do lipstick flawlessly as well as eyeliner. Lipstick cause i was obsessed as a kid, eyeliner because i can keep my hand steady just long enough.

Omg i love that you brought up the comparison to makeup. I think its super important for all artists to know how to do makeup especially if they are doing portraits because of how much it teaches you about shadows, hughlights, shapes, anatomy and more
