Things are fairly quiet within the tropics, but FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku says there are signs that things are starting to heat up. Sadiku says potential tropical cyclone 4 never earned a reputation and has dissipated. Sadiku is specializing in the Atlantic where a tropical wave is rolling off the coast of Africa. He says it has a 20 percent probability of developing over the subsequent five days. He says it has been 48 days because the last named storm. From what I am seeing most weather forecasts have been way off. They all do the same thing, they predict a worse case or negative future scenario. Then a few days later it doesn't happen. Then when they don't predict something it sneaks up and bits us like a flash flood. Either it's getting harder to predict or they are not doing their jobs very well. Also there seems to be 100's of meteorologist on YouTube now and that seems to skew things up a bit. Back in the day we only had 4-5 options to get weather news now its crazy.

I can't believe how quiet the tropics have been so far. I think we'll have a hurricane or 2 in the next 1.5 months.
