Meteorologist Jim Weber says Tropical Storm Karl is moving very slowly and is predicted to drift north where it’ll encounter wind shear. It should turn it around and push it back south, based on the present forecast.

Not sure why this needed to be renamed. Just trying to exaggerate the hurricane season by naming anything they can. Yes 2020 was a very active season. Even last year was pretty active but both years atleast a dozen of them were non threatening.
