This information is not completely accurate. These rules differ a lot from company to company and also from trainee to idol and for idol that has just debuted to idol with a fanbase as big as blackpink's. Jennie in 2017, when asked by JYP if YG allows dating for the kpop idols said that while there's a rule against drinking alcohol and dating and some other stuff, every rule can be broken if the company knows about it. That's why even though theres usually a rule against alcohol and partying we have seen the members of Blackpink breaking those rules on several occasions. Of course they never promote the fact that they may be drinking and if they have been in a relationship i imagine both them and the company would prefer that it didnt go public but it could still happen especially now that blackpink has such a large fanbase and have already established themselves in the industry.
