HOW TO – Fill a bowl with cold water. You may add ice cubes to make the water colder, but ensure that to not make it too icy. You wish the water to be comfortably cold but not painfully freezing. You may decide to immerse your entire face or give attention to specific areas resembling cheeks, brow, or chin.
