Gina Torres’ Super Bowl Industrial With e.l.f. Cosmetics Is

If there’s one thing obviously, Gina Torres understands that beauty and football are a natural combination. That said, the Suits star is ready to look in an e.l.f. Cosmetics industrial throughout the Super Bowl this Sunday. The spot will feature a segment called “Judge Beauty,” which takes place in e.l.f. Court (a courtroom that deals with makeup-related crimes on the eyes, lips, and face, in fact!)

And what’s much more exciting, “you’re going to be reunited with a few of your favorite characters if you happen to’re a Suits fan,” as Torres tells ESSENCE. Rick Hoffman, for instance, sues Torres for misusing company funds to purchase overpriced makeup. Naturally, Judge Judy finds Torres guilty and sentences her to having “glowy skin” from only using e.l.f.’s recent $14 Halo Glow Liquid Filter.

“Suits” Fans Will Love e.l.f. Cosmetics’ Super Bowl Commercial

In real life, Torres loves the natural coverage it leaves on her skin. “It’s true to its word,” she says. “It truly is this lovely natural filter that provides you a glow. It catches light in a very beautiful, flattering way,” Torres adds. “One thing obviously is the product doesn’t make you appear like you could have a ton of makeup on. Actually, it actually looks quite natural.”

The 9-1-1 Lone Star actress can be excited concerning the Super Bowl opportunity because she genuinely loves storytelling of every kind. “I like moving into any individual’s shoes and shedding a special type of light on a personality, character, or an actual individual that you might not otherwise understand.” she says. “It helps you gain more compassion for those in the actual world.” And with this project particularly, she’s just excited to bring people at home joy. “This industrial really is stuffed with recognizable, wonderful personalities and I feel persons are just going to have an entire lot of fun.”
