When my kids became adults they still lived with me and i was so happy, then just around covid everything changed. My oldest got pregnant and got married and moved in with him and my other moved in with my family and it was the most depressing thing for almost a year. Its been 3 years now and it still sucks but its better now.

Okay hear me out I’ve been absolutely obsessed with this lately:
3 mini cucumbers(I get mine from Sam’s they gotta be mini they are just better 😂)
Members Mark Southern Style Chicken Bites (also get these from Sam’s they taste like Chick-fil-A hands down) I use 8 pieces
1/2 cup of non fat Greek yogurt
Spicy ranch seasoning or regular both slap
Cut your mini cucumber into slices line the bottom of a bowl that you can put a lid on
Cut your cooked chicken and throw in the bowl
Mix your spicy ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt then add to the bowl put the lid on and shake it up!
It is literally so good and has 38g protein and 383 calories. ♥️♥️

Can you please talk more about your hair growth!?
