Stuff like this is why I’m pagan now. My gods don’t care what I wear or how I pray. As long as I’m trying to help poor people my prayers are valid. In my 19 years of being Muslim I did not meet a single other Muslim who actually cared about the poor. They’d “pray” and then shout at the child labourers they kept in their house. Glad to be out of that now.
