Shen Beauty’s Brooklyn location has been snapped up by one other beauty retailer: Cos Bar. Passersby will spot signs posted within the window that Cos Bar will likely be opening a location at 138 Court Street, in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, this holiday season, stocking brands including Sisley, Dr. Barbara Sturm and Augustinus Bader. That is Cos Bar’s first Brooklyn store, and its second in Latest York City after Brookfield Place in downtown Manhattan, which opened back in 2014. Ellis Brooklyn was created in 2014 by Bee Shapiro, a former attorney and longtime Recent York Times beauty columnist and launched on Sephora.com two years later with 4 high quality fragrances that focused on sustainability.
