TrèStique Parent Company Files Bankruptcy Amid Founder Dispute –
Tomia Beauty, the corporate behind color cosmetics brand TrèStique, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a Latest Jersey court amid a dispute between the founders. The sweetness brand was founded by Intercos veterans Jennifer Kapahi and Jack Bensason in 2015 with the slogan “Face in a Case,” and relaunched in 2021 with latest products, updated formulas and zero-waste packaging. But court documents filed as a part of the bankruptcy case revealed infighting over control of TrèStique. In court papers, Tomia, an organization affiliated with Kapahi, alleged that Bensason teamed with an outdoor investor, Asuf Landau, and formed a latest company that also called itself Trestique. Longtime Puma Exec Adam Petrick Is Exiting as Company
Puma global chief brand officer Adam Petrick, whose profession on the German athletic powerhouse spans greater than twenty years, is exiting the corporate. Petrick is departing as Puma reorganizes its global marketing organization. The corporate’s latest plan includes moving the group to its headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.  In an announcement released today, Puma said Petrick has decided to not transition to Europe, and as a substitute will pursue latest challenges outside of the brand. Farfetch Shares Spike as Company Returns to GMV Growth
Farfetch is beginning to get back into growth mode — and the great graces of Wall Street.  Shares of Farfetch shot up 16.8 percent to $5.07 in after-hours trading on Thursday after the corporate reported first-quarter results that showed gross merchandise volume had inched up 0.1 percent to $931.7 million. Revenues for the quarter increased 8 percent to $556.4 million. The stock continues to be well off of Farfetch’s 52-week high of $12.89, however the jump back gives the corporate some welcome momentum.  The primary-quarter performance marked a major turn for Farfetch, which saw GMV drop 12 percent within the fourth quarter, when China was hindered by COVID-19 lockdowns and the comparisons were hurt by the closure of the corporate’s Russia business.  Now José...
