Lacoste And Interparfums Ink Fragrance Licensing Deal – WWD

PARIS – Lacoste announced Wednesday that it had signed a 15-year worldwide licensing agreement with Interparfums SA. Under the brand new deal that covers all perfumes and cosmetic lines, Interparfums might be tasked with the creation, development, production and marketing of Lacoste products each in selective distribution and the French sports brand’s retail network.  The deal will come into effect on Jan. 1, 2024, after wrapping up Lacoste’s existing relationship with Coty, which can end in 2023 as previously reported. Kensie Strikes Deal for Home Textiles and Soft Goods

Bluestar Alliance, which owns Kensie, has signed a licensing agreement with Parkview Home Textiles for home textiles and soft goods. In a multiyear agreement, Kensie has partnered with Parkview Home Textiles to design, develop and distribute a big selection of products for the house. The product range consists of quilts, comforters, sheets, blankets, pillows, curtains, rugs and shower accessories. Starwood Brands, Parkview Home Textiles’ licensing representative, brokered the cope with Bluestar Alliance.
