Appearing on The View Wednesday, “The Real Housewives of Latest York City” star, 55, detailed what it’s wish to live with incontinentia pigmenti. The condition, also generally known as Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome, is an inherited condition that affects the skin and other systems within the body over a time frame, in keeping with the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
