Beauty enthusiasts will soon have the opportunity to Uber Eats their favorite candles and skincare to their homes. As a part of a deal between Uber and The Estée Lauder Cos. Inc., Jo Malone London and Origins will arrange shop on the Uber Eats and Postmates apps this weekend, allowing customers to buy products from greater than 60 stores within the U.S. The partnership is a possibility for Lauder — which recently reported a 16 percent sales growth — to profit from Uber’s delivery business, which has grown 150 percent year-over-year, in keeping with Uber. Estée Lauder Cos. has unveiled a limited-edition makeup collection with Chinese dressmaker Shuting Qiu that features Qiu’s signature vibrant floral motifs alongside other traditional Chinese elements. The four-piece collection highlights Qiu’s “modern romantic” aesthetic, expressed through vibrant florals that clash with linear prints in shiny colours.
