Davidoff Cool Water isn’t changing homes anytime soon. Coty Inc. has renewed its license with Davidoff, extending the businesses’ long-running partnership, which began within the ‘80s, beyond 20 years. The renewal paves the method to update the brand’s leading fragrance, Davidoff Cool Water, in addition to the creation of latest innovations, in response to Coty, including a premiumized offering. Mikimoto Signs Fragrance License With Lalique Group – WWD
PARIS — Lalique Group has signed a worldwide fragrance license with Japanese jeweler Mikimoto, famed for its pearl creations. The license, which pertains to a group of perfumes and crystal editions, will initially run through 2035, Lalique said in an announcement released Tuesday. The primary crystal edition under the license is predicted in 2025. The international launch of the primary luxury perfume created with Lalique Group is slated for spring 2026. “The fragrances can be distributed and marketed through Lalique Group’s global network, leveraging Mikimoto’s renowned brand in Asia and other key markets including the Americas, Europe and the Middle East,” Lalique Group said. Inter Parfums Acquires Roberto Cavalli Fragrance License – WWD
Inter Parfums Inc. has added a latest fragrance license to its stable of brands. The corporate has acquired the worldwide fragrance license for Roberto Cavalli, effective July 6. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. “Fragrance and wonder are a crucial pillar for the Roberto Cavalli brand to succeed in more of our customers throughout the Roberto Cavalli universe, and we will’t consider a greater partner,” said Sergio Azzolari, Cavalli’s chief executive officer, in a press release. “Inter Parfums has a big track record in supporting brands of their upward trajectories, combining global excellence and capabilities with a robust understanding of the Italian luxury business.” The license was previously held by Coty Inc.
