What’s In Store for the Latest CEO of Sephora
PARIS — Sephora’s nomination of a latest chief executive officer, Guillaume Motte, comes at a pivotal time for the retailer and the wonder industry at large. Sephora, the one prestige beauty seller with a world presence, is working in a swiftly changing, increasingly digital and competitive landscape. “We appoint a latest CEO to take us to the subsequent level,” said Chris de Lapuente, who stepped back into that role following the abrupt departure last June of Martin Brok. Aesop Soap Bar First China Store In Downtown Shanghai

Aesop Soap Bar
Aesop Soap Bar SHANGHAI — Aesop Soap Bar For its first brick-and-mortar retail store in China, Aesop picked a leafy serpentine street called Dongping Road in the previous French Concession of downtown Shanghai. Aesop’s in-house design team spent almost a yr fine-tuning the shop. A ceiling cushioned by a wheat-straw installation handwoven by Chinese artist Didi Wu evokes local handicraft traditions still utilized within the Shanghai region. Vintage French furniture and light-weight fixtures that furnish the shop add to its discreet...

Set Lively Opens First Store in Los Angeles
It’s been 4 years since Los Angeles-based Set Lively was launched with a line of quality activewear that might take wearers from morning to nighttime. Lindsey Carter began her label with the concept of making activewear that may be excellent for the gym, a stop for coffee, on to work after which home. With versatility in mind, the styles are done in solid colours meant to make the pieces easier to combine and match with other clothing.   Once the brand began to take off in 2020, Carter envisioned opening a store where customers could experience the fabrics that were a part of the gathering. But that took longer than expected due to a number of things — including the pandemic. But after...
