Ulla Johnson, the Recent York-based womenswear brand, has signed a world license agreement for with HIM Co SpA, a world leader within the manufacturing and distribution of premium fashion and leather goods. HIM Co will produce and distribute Ulla Johnson footwear, starting with pre-spring 2024 for an initial term of three years. Johnson first introduced footwear in 2013.
