LYS Beauty and Kultured Misfits Introduce Fashion Collaboration –
Skincare-oriented makeup brand Lys Beauty and streetwear line Kultured Misfits have teamed up for a clothing capsule collection to commemorate National Black Business Month in September. Called Love Letters, the three-piece line embodies the brands’ shared ethos of self-love and features a black puffer vest jacket with detachable sleeves, a blush pink quarter-zip pullover, and embroidered joggers. Prices range from $85 to $125. “Each of our brands have mantras that talk to individuality and embracing who you might be in any respect times, and we felt like Love Letters is an extension of that,” said Lindsay Barnette, who founded Kultured Misfits in 2015 as a unisex clothing line and enters womenswear for the primary time with this collection. Chanel Opens Lucky Likelihood Diner in Williamsburg – WWD
Weeks after opening a latest beauty boutique within the neighborhood, Chanel is kicking off a pop-up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. To commemorate the launch of Chanel Likelihood Eau Fraîche eau de parfum, in addition to the boutique’s opening, Chanel is taking on a diner within the buzzy neighborhood from Sept. 8 through Sept. 10. Dubbed the Chanel Lucky Likelihood Diner, it'll be open to the general public, with reservations available on Chanel’s website. Within the diner itself, guests will sit at booths or counters to explore the brand’s fragrance offerings, resembling the Likelihood range, from which the diner derives its color palette.
