‘Facial Balancing,’ Cherry Perfume and Other Top 10 Beauty

Growing demand for water-based foundation and milky toners — the latter of which Ilia Beauty has most recently gotten in on — reveal consumers are gravitating toward more lightweight products, Horwitz said.
