LONDON — The road for Hailey Bieber’s beauty brand, Rhode, is getting larger and longer as she ventures into the U.K. market on Wednesday along with her three hero products: the Peptide Glazing Fluid, the PeBarrier Restore Cream and Peptide Lip Treatment.
